Microwaved potatoes的做法
Place the potatoes in the middle of the microwave in highest power for 7-10mins or until soft. Depending on the size of the potatoes.
Halfway through, put the Edam cheese wedge above the potatoes till it melt.
Add coriander, peanuts, Logan ma indulgently.
Mix well and enjoy.
