Add most flour & 1/2 tsp salt :mix together Surface: Knead for 5-10 mins into a ball. Put in a bowl : Cover with cling wrap. leave 1-2 hours. Double
Knock the air out. Shape. In the bread bake pan. Cover with damp tea towel: 30 min- 1 hour
Oven 200c-30 mins.
