vegetable broth 3 cups

nutritional yeast 1/4 cup
Sea salt 2 tsp
Croutons For garnish

  1. Heat the olive oil over medium high heat. Add the onion, celery, carrots, garlic, and potatoes. Saute until softened, about 10 minutes.
