Persian Cucumber Salad With Corn And Feta的做法
In a large bowl combine cucumbers, green pepper, red onion, kalamata olives, avocado, corn kernels, and feta cheese.
In a separate bowl (I like to use the small glass Pyrex cups for this – see video) combine extra virgin olive oil, lime juice, honey, crushed garlic, and salt & pepper.
Drizzle dressing over the salad and gently toss everything together.
