Penne with capsicum and marscarpone的做法
Heat oil in large frying pan. Cook garlic, onions and capsicums for 5 to 10 minutes on medium low heat, stirring frequently until vegetables have softened.
Cook pasta in a large pan of boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.Add half the mascarpone, the lemon juice, parsley and the seasoning to the capsicum mixture. Stir to combine. Cook on medium heat until mascarpone melts.
Add remaining mascarpone to pasta, mix to combine. Pour capsicum mixture into pasta, toss well. Serve sprinkled with parmesan.
